Jeff Roskam serves as Chief Executive Officer of LucasE3, bringing a wealth of expertise in technical innovation and business management to the role. With a strong background in first- and second-generation ethanol technology, CO2 pipelines and sequestration, and regenerative agriculture, Jeff delivers substantial value to the organization.

Raised on a farm in Iowa, Jeff began his career as a mechanic and industrial electrician before earning a business degree from Iowa State University. His journey in the ethanol industry started in 1992 as a Project Manager for Jeff and Rob Broin (now POET). Jeff has held senior leadership positions, including Senior Vice President at ICM and senior officer roles at two subsidiaries. He is also the founder of a CO2 EOR company, served as CEO of the Kansas Alliance for Biorefining and Bioenergy, worked as an Enogen Account Manager for Syngenta, and was President of PrairieFood.
